Yes. Storage cover is separate from Goods in Transit cover and we arrange both, so there is no gap between the move and the storage period. Tell us about anything of unusual value before it goes in so it is declared rather than discovered at claim stage.
One month is the normal minimum, though we can be flexible on short transitional periods where the storage is bridging a move we are already handling.

Yes, with notice. Tell us at intake if you expect to need particular items and we will store them for access rather than at the back. Partial retrievals are possible and much easier when planned at the start.
Nothing perishable or flammable, no gas bottles, no paint or solvents, and nothing damp. Batteries must come out of appliances and electronics because they leak and ruin whatever they are inside.
Make sure everything is bone dry, leave appliance doors ajar, dismantle what dismantles because you pay for space, and keep a list and a few photos from intake. A few hours of preparation prevents most storage damage.
Yes. Office relocations frequently need interim storage when new premises are not ready on the day you must vacate the old ones. IT equipment is handled under anti-static protection and logged as chain-of-custody items.
