Transport & Logistics Services
Our own fleet, our own crews, published rates — distribution, cargo and courier across South Africa.
Our own fleet, our own crews, published rates — distribution, cargo and courier across South Africa.
Transport and logistics is the work our fleet does when it is not moving households. The same trucks, the same trained crews and the same Goods in Transit cover, applied to commercial freight — and priced from a published rate card rather than a number we make up per enquiry.
That matters more than it sounds. Most transport quotes in South Africa are opaque, which makes them impossible to compare. Ours are a call-out plus a rate per kilometre locally, or distance multiplied by a vehicle rate interprovincially. You can work out roughly what your job costs before you phone us.

We run our own vehicles from half-ton through to 12-ton, with trained permanent crews rather than casual labour — the same people who handle household removals, which means goods are loaded, secured and handled properly rather than simply stacked. Every load moves under Goods in Transit cover. Where a job is larger than our fleet can carry on the date you need, we will say so and arrange a vetted carrier rather than overcommit; we do not treat that as a separate brokerage service, it is simply how we handle overflow.
The logistics work we do splits three ways, and the right one depends on the shape of the job rather than what is being carried. Distribution is one collection point and many delivery points — a retailer or supplier sending stock out to customers, branches or sites, usually on a repeating schedule. General cargo transport is point to point: one pickup, one delivery, a full or part load, priced on the vehicle and the distance. Bulk courier is for consignments priced on weight or volume rather than on a whole vehicle, going nationwide.
Our fleet exists for furniture removals, and removals cluster hard around month-end because leases and property transfers fall on the same few days. That leaves genuine capacity in the middle of the month. We would rather run a discounted load than park a truck, so commercial work booked roughly between the 5th and the 20th is priced lower. Tell us your date flexibility and we will quote both so you can see the gap.
Furniture retailers and manufacturers sending stock to customers, wholesalers supplying branches, online sellers who need something larger than a parcel network will take, office and IT suppliers delivering equipment, event and exhibition companies moving stands and kit, and businesses relocating stock during a premises move. A good deal of our commercial work started as a household removal for someone who then needed their business freight moved.
We do not transport hazardous or dangerous goods, flammables, gas, explosives, corrosives, livestock or perishables requiring refrigeration. We also do not carry unaccompanied high-value items such as cash, bullion or precious stones. If you are unsure whether your cargo qualifies, ask before booking — it takes a minute and avoids a vehicle arriving for a load it is not permitted to move.
Our reasonable rates, careful and personalised service and track record of satisfied customers have made us the ideal choice
for many South African households and businesses needing help with any size and type of move.
Local work is priced as a call-out plus a rate per kilometre, by vehicle size:

| ½ Ton | Parcels, small pallets, single items | R390 + R9/km |
| 1 Ton | Up to about 6 standard pallets | R590 + R12/km |

Beyond 200 km the price is the distance multiplied by the vehicle rate, with no separate call-out:

|---|---|---|---|
| ½ Ton | R9 | R5,220 | R12,600 |

Not sure which fits? Start at transport and logistics.

Moving a few items rather than a whole home. A single fridge, a bedroom of furniture, a student move or one delicate piece. You pay for the space your goods actually occupy rather than for a whole vehicle, which is what makes it affordable.

Full household removals handled by trained, permanent crews. Packing, wrapping, dismantling and reassembly, loading and offloading, all on our own branded fleet with Goods in Transit cover on every job.

Corporate and SME relocations planned around your downtime, including IT equipment and servers with anti-static handling. We work after hours and over weekends so your business keeps running.

Interprovincial removals to every major centre in South Africa, on shared or dedicated loads. Shared loads cost materially less because you only pay for your share of the vehicle.

Full or partial packing with proper double-walled cartons, bubble wrap, blankets and anti-static materials for electronics. Everything we pack ourselves is covered.

Pianos, safes, artwork, antiques, gym equipment and oversized items that need extra hands, proper equipment and a crew that has moved them before.
From the first call to proof of delivery.
Submit your move details using our calculator or inventory checklist.
Our team evaluates the size and requirements of your move.
We schedule the move and allocate the appropriate truck and crew.

We unload and position your furniture at your new location.
Locally, within 200 km, it is a call-out plus a rate per kilometre by vehicle size — from R390 + R9/km for a half-ton up to R5,590 + R35/km for a 12-ton. Beyond 200 km it is simply the distance multiplied by the vehicle rate, with no call-out. Both are published above.
Yes. General freight, palletised stock, retail goods, equipment, exhibition kit and office and IT hardware. What we do not carry is hazardous goods, livestock, perishables needing refrigeration and unaccompanied high-value items.
Yes, every load moves under Goods in Transit cover as standard. Declare anything of unusual value before collection so it is agreed upfront rather than assessed after the fact.
Yes, and recurring work is where our mid-month capacity is most useful. Scheduled runs are quoted on a route basis, which is materially cheaper than pricing each trip individually.
We will tell you, and arrange a vetted carrier for the overflow rather than overcommit and miss your date. We do not present that as a separate brokerage product — it is just how we handle capacity.
A few days is usually enough mid-month. Month-end is when our removals work peaks, so commercial bookings in the last week of the month need more notice and are priced higher.
