Insured in store

Storage cover is separate from Goods in Transit cover, and we arrange both. That means no gap between the move and the storage period — which is exactly where self-arranged storage usually goes wrong.

Collection and delivery

We collect on your move-out date and deliver when the new place is ready. Where storage bridges a move we are already doing, collection is part of that job rather than a separate call-out.

Where we store and collect

Storage is held at our Randburg facility, with collection and delivery across Pretoria — Arcadia, Hatfield, Brooklyn, Waterkloof, Menlo Park, Faerie Glen, Moreleta Park, Montana, Akasia and the Pretoria East estates — and through Centurion. The N1 makes the run quick in both directions, so a Pretoria collection is not priced as a long-distance job.

Nothing perishable or flammable, no gas bottles, no paint or solvents, and nothing damp. Batteries must come out of appliances and electronics because they leak and ruin whatever they are inside.

Make sure everything is bone dry, leave appliance doors ajar, dismantle what dismantles because you pay for space, and keep a list and a few photos from intake. A few hours of preparation prevents most storage damage.

Yes. Office relocations frequently need interim storage when new premises are not ready on the day you must vacate the old ones. IT equipment is handled under anti-static protection and logged as chain-of-custody items.
