Insured in store

Storage cover is separate from Goods in Transit cover, and we arrange both. That means no gap between the move and the storage period — which is exactly where self-arranged storage usually goes wrong.

Collection and delivery

We collect on your move-out date and deliver when the new place is ready. Where storage bridges a move we are already doing, collection is part of that job rather than a separate call-out.

Inventoried at intake

Everything is listed and photographed when it goes in, so there is never a question later about what was stored or what condition it arrived in.

Access when you need it

Tell us at intake if you will need particular items before the rest — a desk, a bed, seasonal equipment — and we store them for access rather than at the back.

Short or long term

From a few days bridging a transfer date to years during an emigration or extended posting. Long-term storage is priced monthly and drops on longer commitments.

Where we store and collect

Storage is held at our Randburg facility, a short run down Hendrik Potgieter and Beyers Naudé from most West Rand addresses. We collect across Roodepoort, Krugersdorp, Randfontein, Ruimsig, Little Falls, Honeydew, Wilgeheuwel, Constantia Kloof, Florida and Muldersdrift.

Why West Rand households use storage

Downsizing is the pattern here more than anywhere else in Gauteng. Long-settled families move out of large properties into smaller homes or estates, and the gap between what fits and what they own is wide — so storage is often paired with clearing rather than used on its own. Nothing perishable or flammable, no gas bottles, no paint or solvents, and nothing damp. Batteries must come out of appliances and electronics because they leak and ruin whatever they are inside.

Make sure everything is bone dry, leave appliance doors ajar, dismantle what dismantles because you pay for space, and keep a list and a few photos from intake. A few hours of preparation prevents most storage damage.

Yes. Office relocations frequently need interim storage when new premises are not ready on the day you must vacate the old ones. IT equipment is handled under anti-static protection and logged as chain-of-custody items.
