Waterfall City is modern apartments in mid and high-rise blocks, compact, well finished, with service lifts and basement parking that a full-size pantechnicon generally cannot enter. Waterfall Estate and the country estates are large contemporary family homes on generous stands with wide internal proportions and level access — physically easy to move, with volume as the main variable. Everything here is recent construction, so awkward original doorways and narrow passages are simply not an issue.

Lifts, bays and estate clearance

In Waterfall City, service lift bookings and loading bay reservations are required by most buildings, often with a limited time slot, and basement height restrictions mean we load at bay level. In the estates, contractor vehicles need prior authorisation with registration and crew details, moving hours are set, and internal speed limits are low and enforced. Both are entirely manageable when arranged ahead, and both cause real delay when they are not.

Waterfall sits between the N1 and Allandale Road around the Mall of Africa and the Waterfall corporate precinct. Access to the N1 in both directions is immediate, which makes it a convenient start point for long-distance moves. Allandale Road and the mall precinct are congested through both peaks and over weekends, so an early weekday start is the easiest window for a move here.
