The mature jacarandas and planes that define the suburb overhang most streets, and a full-height pantechnicon frequently cannot pass beneath them without risking the branches or the vehicle. We routinely send a lower vehicle here, or park on the nearest clear street and carry. Driveways are narrow, often single-vehicle width with a step or gate at the entrance, and on-street parking pressure around 4th Avenue is real during trading hours.
